UTAG Members are a vocal group. Though some sit by the wayside and listen to others express their opinions, many are not so reticent, never missing an opportunity to make their thoughts and feelings known.

We have several ways we communicate with each other. Besides the obvious, face-to-face, meeting of the minds on the trail or at an event, we have more dependable and available means at our disposal. They include:

UTAG Forums
The UTAG Forums are available to anyone. If you wish to post a message or reply to an existing post, you will need to register but that is free and painless.

Registration in the UTAG Forums is a necessary step in formally joining the Utah Association of Geocachers (UTAG). Registered members of the UTAG Forums who have not yet joined UTAG will see a red link at the top of the Forum page inviting them to become an official member of UTAG.

Official membership in the Utah Association of Geocachers (UTAG) is, in turn, necessary to access certain parts of the UTAG Forums, vote in UTAG elections, and be able to access certain features of this UTAG website.

UTAG Chatroom
This is a fairly new addition to the UTAG Forums page. It allows realtime communications between multiple people. Regular chat sessions can easily be scheduled to discuss subjects of mutual concern.

Bi-monthly Newsletters
This is a way for the UTAG Board of Officers, through its president, to communicate information about what the UTAG officers are working on and to summarize the recent and upcoming events and accomplishments of our members.

In the News
UTAG members and geocaching, in general, have inspired several news articles.
